I will be graduating in May from Nursing School in Massachusetts and will be taking the NCLEX licensure exam shortly after, but I need to start applying to jobs soon. I have been working on a labor and delivery floor and would like to get certifiied in FHR monitoring, but I cant find any programs that do not require licensure first. Does anybody know of any certification courses that are legit that I could look into?

Get your license first, since this is a requirement for this specialized training. Ask among the nurses you work with about this training and how you can obtain it. If the nurses don%26#039;t know, then talk with whoever%26#039;s in charge of nursing education in your hospital.
