You have decided that a heart rate monitor is one piece of equipment you would like to purchase to enhance your workouts. Research at least five brands to compare the:

Easy 10 points...heart?
It really has a lot to do with what you%26#039;re looking for. If you%26#039;re looking for a basic HR monitor you can%26#039;t go wrong with Polar. Comes with a chest strap and watch. I have one by Reebok which is pretty basic. You set the watch according to you...how old you are and based off that it sets your max HR (220-your age) and when you are working out the watch displays your current HR and what % of your max HR you are working at. I only paid about $50 for it. Some can get much more expensive and i%26#039;ve seen others cheaper than $50.
