I need an easy way to stay within my target heart rate when I exercise. I dont have a heart rate monitor. And I was told that the workout machines are not that accurate. I know that if I stay within range, I will continue to burn fat through out my entire workout. Any suggestions anyone?

Use the talk test;
- if you can%26#039;t talk or can barely talk during your workout then your heart rate is too high
- you can talk words and sentences then you%26#039;re heart rate is within target
- if you sing or whistle during your workout then your heart rate is too low
Be sure to go fast enough that you%26#039;re actually trying and burning fat, but not too fast because you wanna keep the same pace the entire workout (no stopping or slowing down)
